working principle:

Under the rotation of the coating drum, the core moves continuously inside the drum. The peristaltic pump transports the coating medium and sprays it onto the surface of the core with a reverse spray gun. Under negative pressure conditions, the inlet air treatment unit provides clean hot air to the bed according to the set program and process parameters, drying the core. The hot air is discharged through the exhaust air treatment unit at the bottom of the core layer, quickly forming a strong, fine, smooth surface film of the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the core, completing the coating process.
